In July 2006 I was at work on the computer. I was bored and had nothing to do. At the time, I wasn't looking to sell my condo in which I was living at the time, but I went on a realty website out of curiousity. I then found the a house that fully sparked this curiousity. I called Lee Rosa, who I have known for a few years, if he would take a look at it for me. Within a couple days, he listed my condo and had put a bid down for the place I wanted. I left for New York the day my condo was listed, and by the time I came back a few days later, I already had a bid. Within a few weeks, I was selling my condo and buying a new house.

The experience was great. I am a teacher, and this all happened as a new school year was beginning. You can imagine how stressful this time of year is. Add to that buying and selling your home, and I was extremely stressed. Anytime I had a question or concern, however, Lee was there to help. He was extremely helpful and confident everything would work out, even at times it looked like it may not.

Well, everything did work out. I am very happy living at my new home, which I have lived at for almost a year. I am happy with my decission to move, and I am just as happy I asked Lee to be my realtor. He made the experience a positive one, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a quality realtor.
