Central Florida FHA Loan Limits

Just last week FHA released its Loan Limits to the Central Florida Area:

353,750

What this means:
With only 3.5% down you can get an FHA loan up to 353,750 in Central Florida.

With the USDA you can get homes for $0 Down.
USDA loans are Area or Property Specific | A custom home search would have to be created.
